one of my favorite get-me-moving songs is "this little light of mine, i'm gonna let it shine." especially when the boss - my man bruce springsteen - performs it. how easy it is to let your little light shine when you are surrounded by the people who and the settings which breathe life into you. it's the quiet moments where your little light can shine brightest. serenely tablescaping the christmas table, i sang this song quietly to myself. and reminded myself that ultimately, the glow you cast comes from within.
